SHIPPING & RETURNS
When are orders fulfilled and shipped?
Orders are satisfied six days a week. (Monday thru Saturday) with the exclusion of holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping options can be decided at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to arrive, though some orders may arrive sooner.
Can my order be delivered to a P.O. Box?
If the USPS option is chosen at checkout, your order can be shipped to a P. O. box. Unfortunately, the UPS option does not allow shipping to P.O. boxes.
Will I receive confirmation that my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping confirmation number and tracking number for your order in the email provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes. Impressions is NOT responsible for any import tax you are charged. Contact your local mail service for fees that my apply to your order. We DO NOT offer refunds on international orders.
What if I do not receive my item?
Impressions will not be responsible for orders that are lost or stolen. To ensure proper delivery, please make sure the address you enter on your order is correct. Once your order ships, Impressions cannot control package delays. Orders that are returned to Impressions for incorrect shipping information will be subject to additional shipping charges to reship order.

Return & Exchange Policy
We value every order received at Impressions and strive to deliver quality products to our customers. There may be times when customers may not be satisfied with the product they've receive, and we understand this. Due to the nature of our business and the materials used to create our products, we do not except cancellations and we only provide store credit on approved returns. Approved returns are:
Unworn and used items
Items that are shipped in error (i.e. wrong size or color)
Items that are received damaged
Returns can be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of product and return shipping cost must be paid by the customer unless the error was on the part of Impressions. Store credit will be issued once received and inspected by Impressions.
