  • What type of image can I send?
    Impressions only accepts original designs and Commercial Free Images for custom orders. Impressions will not be held responsible or liable for the use of any images that are copyrighted.
  • Can I request a specific color for my image to be printed?
    You can request a specific color for your image or your shirt to be printed on with respect to colors offered and the style i.e., Sublimation or Heat Transfer Vinyl. Please be aware that cotton or black shirts are not compatible with sublimation printing.
  • Where do I send my images?
    You can email image directly to Impressions: Upon receiving your image, you will receive a confirmation email that your image has been receive.
  • Do you keep my images on file?
    We keep images on file to ensure a simple and easy reordering process.
  • How fast will I receive my order?
    Shipping is dependent upon business and not calendar days that are specified on the shipping method chosen during the ordering process. If an order is needed at a specified time, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. For time sensitive orders, please contact Impressions and we will be happy to assist you.
  • What types of payment methods are accepted?
    Impressions accepts all major credit cards. We also accept Klarna, Zip Pay, After Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • When will your credit card or payment method charged?
    Impressions authorizes your credit card or other payment methods once your order is ready for creation. The finalization of payment/payments will be collected at the time that your order ships.
  • Are international orders accepted?
    International orders are accepted, but the shipping process is longer due to the distance from the United States. We will give updates to the customer to ensure that we are on the same page for arrival. Please be advised that certain parameters and check points are out of our control when it comes to Borders and Customs.   • Do you charge sales tax?
    Impressions collect California Sales Tax on all orders from the United States including the District of Columbia. If there are any sales tax exceptions, please contact Impressions immediately so you will not be charged. For more information, please consult the website of your state’s tax agency.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Due to the nature of our business and the materials used to create our products, we do not except cancellations, and we only provide store credit on approved returns. Once and order has been processed, it cannot be changed. Any alterations to the order may result in extra fees for the customer.
  • What if I’m unhappy with my order?
    Impressions will be transparent in the process and creation of your order. If your product is defective or unsatisfactory due to an error on Impressions part, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will do all we can to rectify the issue. Impressions is here to leave an everlasting mark on all our customers, and we cannot initiate our success without our incredible customers!
